the iframe way could work, but the javascript solution sounds kinda good, i just think i'm not enough skilled in js and ajax i didn't ever until this point. So if i could get some more information from somebody about that i would be ver thankful.
EDIT:
iframe isn't the solution because even if it isn't visible, it covers links under the iframe div/layer so they aren't not accessable.
