problem: how to sen messeges to mailing list's member

Hi!
In my site I create a newsletter. I try to send mail to a specific e-mail address and Silverstape say that the send is correct, but I don't see the mail in the mail box of that e-mail addres. Why? This is link to silverstripe or depend to my network parameter?Then I try to send may to all the member of mailing list but silverStripe say that there is an error but don't say what..
Can You help me?
