Control Panel Problems

Hello. I am having some problems with my control panel. It is not letting me log in successfully on a consistent basis. When I do manage to log in, I am booted out after a while with a message that I have been logged out by the server. What could be causing this???

Maybe sessions expiring at random. Could you include a phpinfo?
