Using Big Forms

Hi
I have noticed a couple of problems, in admin when i try to create a large form there is no scrolling, so i cant see which forms are at the bottom in the field order.
Plus also on forms in ie and firefox i notice these page rendering problems.
The problem is there with the subscribe form page too.
