form date choose from calendar

HI!
I want create a form that take a date. I want choose date from a calendar. so near the form Iwant a small label and when click over I vant to open calendar for choosing my date. Is it possible in silverstripe? How? -

I implement calanedar as explain in guide but I can't click on the image thah open calendar, Why?What can I add?
