can't add any user in ss-backend

Hello,
i have problems with adding new users:
when i select a group in the security panel the entire content area just blanks.
My configuration:

Any suggestions?

What SilverStripe version are you running? Did you add your domain to the dev servers in the _config.php file in order to get some error output?

i use ss 2.2.2
after adding ?isDev=1 in the URL i got the popupmessage in IE 7:Error: 512: None of these templates can be found: Security_getitem.ss, Security.ss
