Hi all,
I used the windows installer to try and start using silverstripe and everything appears to be downloaded and in the right place but I just get 404 error pages when i try and access anything.

After looking through the posts for similar problem someone said maybe the server is not started but I'm not sure how I'd go about starting it up .......

I'm new to cms / php / databases / servers etc but have done lots of front end stuff,

any help appreciated,
