Duplicate login form on upgrade 2.2.3 - yes, I have read upgrade info ($Form in tmpl)

I upgraded from 2.2.2 to 2.2.3 and then my login form disappeared. I checked that I have $Form in my /layout/Page.ss and $Layout in my Page.ss template. That should be ok.
If I put $Form also template Page.ss (now I actually have two $Forms ) it also renders two login forms. If I delete either one, login form disappears.
I also tried Security_login.ss but that was not solution.
So I have no login form or two forms.
What could be wrong?

Is the login form completely gone, or are the tabs still there? If they are then it may be this: http://open.silverstripe.com/ticket/3012
