Multilingual keywords and description meta-tags

I am looking for a CMS that fully supports multi-lingual sites. SS seems to be it. Except that I cannot figure out how to have multi-lingual versions of the keywords and description meta-tags. In the page editor I can select different language versions of the pages and edit them. Mut in the metatag tab I can only change the URL and title.

Is there a way to enable multi-lingual keywords/description metatags?

If I find the time and can wade through all the code, I'll try to create a fix myself.
