Need Person to Impliment SS with my html/css; ongoing projects

Hi, I have one person who works with us to inpliment the SS platform. I need an additional person to take any overflow who has overcome most of the bugs (as we did), is comfortable and can quickly take the markup I provide (compliant HTML and CSS) and get it launched with our hosting company (which has C Panel access).
