Silverstripe 2.2.3 Issues

Hi,
I just downloaded the latest SilverStripe v2.3.0 to install on localhost. I have found 1 issue. I got the message 'These database details don't appear to be correct. Please enter the correct details before installing'. What can I do to solve this problem. I already change port 80 to 3000.
If anyone has comments or solutions to these issue I'd love to hear them as the CMs looks great and I can't wait to actuallly get it installed and play with it properly.
