howardgrigg your idea worked. but as Fuzz10 stated, the iframe is killing my SEO. any other solutions ???

Yea it will screw with SEO, if they pages arent very complex you could try the ajax method. Have a look at http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=recipes:ajax_basics
