2.3.0-RC1 Problem with users

I have installed (clean install) the new RC1.
I have created a new group with a new user inside it.
I granted access to all pages to thie new group.
However, each time I log in with this new user I'm redirected to http://userhelp.silverstripe.com/.
Does anybody have an idea why?

Ok, problem solved.
You need to add rights in the permissions tab. Why is this marked "for advanced users only" ???
Documentation needs to be updated.
