This question is about bug reporting protocol.
I encountered a couple of (minor) bugs in version 2.3 and did some quickfixes. Searching through the bug tickets I found earlier references to these bugs in older versions - linenumbers are different though, so possibly files have changed.

I'm just wondering: in cases like this - should new tickets be created for new versions of Silverstripe, should the older tickets be appended to or should I just leave them alone and share my quickfixes with you folks in this forum?

Eh... Anybody remotely interested? I'd like to contribute, but eh... well...

What I usually do is share my findings with the forum to get some verification. If the bug is reproducible for someone else, I submit a ticket.

Then I'll take that approach too. Thanks for replying.
