Problem with DropdownTimeField in cms

Hi there, I have a Time field on one of my page types that uses a DropdownTimeField in the admin section of the cms. Every so often (I can't seem to find a pattern), this seems to reset itself to 10:00 am after a save.
Has anyone seen this before?
