Blank page error

Dear SS-friends,
I ran up to the blank page wall and broke my login and index.
When i visit my site www.de-tretterie.nl/site everything is blank, when i try to log-in everyting is blank.
It happened after adding data to the contentpages.
The db rebuild and flushes don't work,
Then i updated the system from 2.2 to 2.3 but still blanco....
Can anyone help me on this?

Never mind, i think i hate Silverstripe cause of all the bugs...and lack of support.
Please all, start to use cms made simple, easy setup and many addons....no more big headaches.
