hi there

I've created a user with openID and deleted this user beccause he was in the wrong group; made a new user in the right group and now i cannot assign his open id beccause the deleted user is still blocking his openID. it tells me "There already exists a member with this identity URL" but there is not - the user with this ID is deleted allready.

I've flushed with ./db/build?flush=1 also removed the whole openID folder flushed and put the openID folder back in place, flushed but still i cannot assigen the openID.

anybody any hints?
