upgrading from v.2.3.0-rc1 to rc2, cant find auth_openid ?

Upgrading from silverstripe-v2.3.0-rc1.tar.gz to silverstripe-v2.3.0-rc2.tar.gz
I needed to replace these folders with newer versions from rc2.

Where can I find auth_openid?
I found the other folders alright.

auth_openid has been dropped from the main release. If it's not there to replace, then you don't need to replace it.
