Gallery idea

I'm wanting to use the Gallery module to display videos that are being hosted on a different server. How can I tell the Gallery to look at a specific address/url to get the content? Is this even possible at this point?

I'm pretty sure this is not easily possible. There was talk in the google development group about adding such a feature to use 3rd party servers for hosting stuff. Probably a ways off.
