Hi,
I just upgrade my website to 2.3.0 RC2 and now I can't see the HTML Code in the editor. I tested on brand new install of 2.3.0 RC2 and I am able to see the HTML Code in the editor. So I guest I forgot missed some lang variable during my upgrade because my update button display {#insert} and all others.

I searched on the forum, I can found answers to my questions and BTW could you add a sort by date in the search forum is very difficult to find answers! Please refer to my attachment to see my HTML Editor problem.
