I want to run a bi-lingual site where not all pages are actually translated. Unfortunately SilverStripe omits non-translated pages in all menus, even though it displays the non-translated page if I enter the URL directly with a "?lang=XX" appended.

How can I change this behavior such that SilverStripe includes all pages in the menus and uses the translated version where applicaple? I am using v2.3-rc2.
