Ecommerce 0.5.2 is really stable ? What is the best way to add extra field to OrderForm ?

Using ecommerce latest trunk + SS 2.2.3 => not working nasty error when install,
i deleted all, incuding the db,Using ecommerce the 0.5.2 (downloaded from modules zone) and SS 2.2.3 (latest stable) at a point is working, taking orders... but what is not working.... is going to make the client Full Admin, i looked into the dbase and Security and i have only 1 Group after installation ! Is this ok ? I expected to have Clients group or something else for ecommerce !
How to setup the groups to not overide the admin ?

Ok, i figured that testing an order when you're loged in as an admin you'll overide the admin data. So, testing orders should be only placed without been loged in as admin.
But I have another problem, the tax is not displayed when you order, or log in as a client, it's showing only when you're log in as admin !

solved the tax, is showing after selecting the country !
Only a question how you'll declare same tax to be show, no matter which country you select ?

Also i need to add extra field to OrderForm,
This will be inbut box like Name or SUrname and one drop down box for counties.
What is the right way to do it ?
