multi-level menus

I'd like to build a multi-level menu. Any leads on how?
1. Menus that drop down to more options.
2. Menus that can be catagorized. ie.
jobs (level 1)
current openings(level 2 - just the title)
job1 (level 3)
job2 (level 3)
filled (level 2- just the title)
job 3 (level 3)
3. Is there a way to create a menu (jobs) and then
link that entire menu to its sub pages?
