Unsubscribe page error in 2.2.2rc3

I get the following error in debug mode

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIMFATAL ERROR: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #2 is not an array
At line 544 in C:\Work\Sites\ss_demo\sapphire\core\control\Controller.php
============================================Has anyone else come across this error or has a work around to get the unsubscribe page working?
