How can I speed up this site?

Hi Everyone
I think my site is working really slow and would like some help with the speed. What can I do to make the site load faster?

No ideas?
I had a chat with my webhost, they have installed APC cache which should work similar to xCache. However I still think Silverstripe is a bit slow, isn't there anything I can do?
