I'm moving my silverstripe site from my local test server to the hosting server (godaddy) and am getting the following error. Does anyone know what it is? I think I saw some topic that looked liked it but can't find it any more?
Parse error: parse error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or '}' in /home/content/g/l/a/gla1morris/html/glamorris/sapphire/core/ManifestBuilder.php on line 18
Are you using PHP5 on this server?

No the site was running php4.3.11.
That was the problem. I knew I had to be on php5 but I
was waiting for the hosting company to make the change
or tell me how to make the change.
For other people. Do a search on goDaddy, one of the
posts describes the change needed to go to
php5 (in the .htaccess file).
Problem resolved.
