Can't seem to get this working...

7 February 2007 at 4:45pm
Hi,
I previewed the program and it's exactly what my clients need but i just can't seem to get it working?
Installation is here:
http://hypermedia.110mb.com/silver_stripe/install.phpSo i enter in the correct database details but there is no install button? Except if i go directly to config_form.html but that presents other errors.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

What server are you using? Apache or something else?

The install button doesn't appear until after you've clicked "re-check requirements". Did you do this?

Hi
When you say the database is fine, are you getting a red or green line just above the database section?

Hi Ken,
The line is green, nothing is red. If you view it now you will see that there are three sections that are orange but it says i can still install but yet i have no install button?
How do i install anyway? Is this a server issue? I've tried Hostgator and this 110MB and both have the required specs. What shared hosts have other people had success with?
Thanks

Have just had a look at your site. The allow_call_time_pass_reference does not appear critical, but the two orange lines on the bottom are interesting. You have said you are running apache, but the installer is not recognising apache for some reason. Is this your server, or are you using web space on someone elses? If the later you might need to talk to their admin person. If your own, IMHO you need to look at your apache installation. Have you checked your phpinfo() to see what php is recognising?
