Getting an error

i cannot seem to finish the intallation of silverstripe
What I get is the attached web page, I tried to see the unmatched close parenthesis but I see no error in that.
Could anybody help me?Attached Files-

I know this was a while ago but for anyone who comes across this -
You have to set the following in your PHP.ini file mbstring.func_overload = 0 - http://www.silverstripe.org/general-questions/show/9605#post272282
