2 Requests : Flash embedding & Image quality with resize

How would I go about fixing the embed code (by means of SWFObject for example) TinyMCE produces so we don't have the IE activation problem ?
2> The image quality of resized images is pretty bad. Maybe it could be possible to have a variable quality ?
