Making the Backend CMS validate

17 May 2008 at 8:55pm
Hey, Ive been trying to learn silverstript for a few of days now. I decided I would create a user page and wanted to create an email field in the cms. However, there is no validation run in the backend. I really want this because if I allow others to administer the site, they should not be able to use an invalid email incase of breaking the system.
I also tested the password confirm one as well, also doesnt validate. I would assume it works in the front end, but I cant have the page published with invalid data.
Perhaps theres something Im not doing right?...
any suggestions?
