Greetings Silver Stripes!

I wanted to take it for a test drive, but can't get started Installation goes by fine, but then I get stuck at the mod_rewrite is not enabled page. But the thing is, it's enabled! Also, the .htaccess file is empty right after the installation (that doesn't seem right, I checked install.php and it should have all kinds of goodies in it)

I tried few suggestions about .htaccess file contents from the forums, but that doesn't work either. And yes I have AllowOverride set to All.

Running on ubuntu feisty by the way.

Please help!
