what codes are available

Hi Folk
I have had a good look at http://doc.silverstripe.com/doku.php?id=built-in-page-controls - makes sense. I was just wondering if there is any place where there is a quick list of what variables are available, by default, for each page (e.g. $Title, $Content, etc.... etc...). Would I find them here http://doc.silverstripe.com/assets/classes/sapphire/core/SiteTree.html ?
