Is there a demo of the admin for the e-commerce module and maybe a detailed feature list?

I second that!

Silverstripe is without doubt very cool... but complete lack of mid and high level documentation or significant examples (like domanis, security, 1:m items, m:m items) is extremely time consuming. That said, nothing like reading the code to understand stuff!

We're still working on a few things, but here's a sneak preview of the system:
