No mail

When I submit to my contact form the message is saved to the database but I don't receive any mail to the address in "Email submission to". I have searched the forum for an answer but no success. Maybe it's there but I need a hint to figure it out. Anyone?

Solved. The problem was the template-files. SubmittedFormEmail.ss should be in mysite/templates/email and that's it.
