Hi,
this looks like it could be something to do with the template and include files as the footer is also not shown.
Have you changed your .htaccess file back to the standard? and removed your subdirectory?

It is a complete fresh install on a complete new database. The old silverstripe directory is completely deleted and the old .htaccess is overwritten with the one from the archive (I installed the latest subversion but that shouldn't be the error).
The problem with the footer was my fault. I deleted the footer.ss while updating (had a conflict because I made changes to it). The navigation.ss is and was installed but is not shown.

Sorry for all the confusing. Everything works now. I don't know why but all pages where hidden from the main page but just some small clicks under the behavior tab fixed everything. strange.
