Blog Moderation limit to blog creator

Hello all,
I am a little confused. I need our blogs moderation to only show for the users that created the page on the comments page. In other words I have multiple blogs on the sites. IE subsites and restricted sections based on permissions. We need the creator of the blog to only see the comments for moderation for their blog only on the comments section. Is this possible.
