What is the best fix for this blog module error

I've just set up a site on a shared Web Drive server and the site is working perfectly.
I've installed the blog module and I get the following error.
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'HTML/BBCodeParser/Filter.php' (include_path='./:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/share/pear/:/usr/local/apache/phpinc/:/home/w3/') in /home/w3/........../sapphire/parsers/HTML/BBCodeParser/Filter/Basic.php on line 31
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've had a look at the other post about this error but don't understand much of it.

I've tried as described in the above post changing include_path but without success, it would be awesome if one of you SilverStripe gurus could help me for a few minutes so I can get this module working.

I think I found the issue, I've installed SilverStripe again but this time at the root level of the website and the blog module works perfectly so that seems to have fixed my include path issues.
