Moving the Subscribe via RSS link out of the widget Area

Hi,
I want to have a RSS subscribe link in my blog area but not inside a widget. I just tried grabbing the widget code and moving it but that didn't work. Is there a way to output this link outside of the widget area without hardcoding the link?
