Spam in comments even with ReCaptcha

We're getting 20-100 spam comments per blog post even though we have ReCaptcha enabled. Any thoughts or solutions?

We have had pretty good success trying the other methods like mollom when Recaptcha fails to do the job.

I was thinking about switching to Mollom, I guess it couldn't hurt.
