how to get it on work
looks like its missing template files like javascript and so on also missing something like if rated $Stars else $RatingFormCan someone help

How about posting the version of silverstripe you are using - along with whatever is "not working"...
this might get you more help.

SS 2.4.7 and Blog master Head
my Questions are where to get the javascript stuff to make the stars work and also what if funtions i need to use in blogholder and blogentry theme files to specify that is it rated already or not to include the $Stars and $RatingForm
if Not Yet Rated show ratingform and if rated show stars -
