not well formed xml

hi,
I get an XML "not well formed" error if I press "log out" on the admin widget on my blog module:
Line Nr. 68, Row 102: <p>You must log in with your CMS password in order to view the draft or archived content. <a href=\"/SilverStripe/sample-blog-entry/?stage=Live\">Click here to go back to the published site.</a></p>
the backslash is marked as wrong,

its not the backslash but the < and the > I guess
