Tags in Title & Tags page not showing

I would like to have the tag in title of page. Is it possible ?
ex tag/my+tag and you have Blog Name in title no tag. Could we have in tile [tag] + [blog name] ?
Second question, i have a blog (SS) on subdomain and this days the tags stopped to work [The requested page couldn't be found.]

i see that also the Subscribe via RSS and Browse by Date widgets are not working,

Tags in title for http://yoursite.tld/tag/yourtag page

<title>$MetaTitle » Your Site Name</title><% end_if %> where $Tag will be replace with [yourtag]
Remains only the problem with subdomain and blog widget sidebar not working, all the links, from front, are returning "The requested page couldn't be found". Should I used the subsites module or do you have better idea ?
