Security release - how to for an uber-noob?

Does everything in the blog/ directory need to be over-written with the new files? Or is it just one or two file swaps?
This will be my first upgrade of any kind and I'm worried about stuffing it up.
TIA and apologies for uber-noobness... I'll get a grip eventually

Just replace the whole blog folder with the new one.
