blog module will not install

I have tried instaling the blog module but it wont show up. Silver stripe is in a subfolder so the url looks like this: www.mysite.com/testing/SilverStripe-v2.3.3/blog
I have refreashed using /dev/build?flush=1 but still nothing shows up in the cms or the site.
Can anyone explain what I'm doing wrong.

Please remove all version numbers from your directories: "www.mysite.com/testing/SilverStripe/blog". I´m not shure if this solves your problem but you can try at least. The same with the directories of any module.
