Hi guys,
I tried to find the answer on the forum, but I got no results.
When I try unsubscribe a user (I go to www.mysite.com/unsubscribe/):
1. I enter email
2. I check subscription lists
3. Click the button "Unsubscribe"
after that I get empty page. And user is still in the subscription list.
What is the problem? How to fix that?
that is my experience as well. can anyone help?
did this ever get resolved? does anyone know of an alternative to this hideous module? :(
I never found a resolution and eventually disabled the module. I had heard that there was a new newsletter module in the works, but don't know if it was ever completed. Anyone else know?
