I'd like to quickly generate a user & group with permissions to acces the newly added subsite.

Are groups still the best way to do this or is there an intrinsic permission set we could tap into so that admin users somehow associated with a subsite (=not subsite group) can just login into the cms without being in a group.
Eg each user would have a subsiteID and if it's thrrr, they would access that subsite's admin panel if they have the permissions to acces the cms.

Thanks!
