IMHO these are the main features still missing in the newsletter module. Before I have to use phplist, or reinvent the wheel, are there any solutions somewhere (I searched but nothing found)?
To the devs, are you working on any of these features currently?

Tracking and throttling are interesting as well.
Before they go adding new features do you think they could make it actually like...work first?
