googlesitemaps module problem

Hi All

I installed the googlesitemaps module on a local development environment and everything worked perfectly. After deploying it to our Production Server and running a dev/build then sitemap.xml?flush=1 I receive the following error:

error on line 2 at column 1: Document is empty

When visiting /sitemap.xml on the website all you get is a '1 part' sitemap.

Additionally, I added a mysite/_config/googlesitemaps.yml file as per the instructions in the docs.

We are using SS3.1. Is there something I am missing with my install procedure? Has anyone else had issues with the module?

Any help with this is very much appreciated.

UPDATE: Thanks Willr for getting back to me. The module was working all along. I overlooked clicking on the single URL located at '/sitemap.xml'. Doh!

However, I noticed that my home page does not appear as part of the sitemap. Any ideas?
