I've just installed the newsletter module and all seems fine except when I go to the subscription page and enter my name and email I just get sent to a blank page .. the extension is /subscription-page/Form if that helps at all?
Any help would be great.

Did you place a text at 'Subscription Page' -> 'Subscription Form' -> 'Message shown on completion'?
