I'm having some difficulty getting the multiform module to work properly. I suppose the greatest problem is that I'm not able to select a Multiform page type in the backend, which was a problem someone else had about two years ago that was unanswered in this thread: http://silverstripe.org/archive/show/188028. After having read the Multiform and form tutorials, I'm still finding the process a bit opaque. Are there any completed examples around? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
